We invest so much effort in our attempts to cure disease only -- like Sisyphus -- to have it roll endlessly back in. But you can never really "cure" disease, any more than you can shovel darkness out of a room. Light a candle, however, and the light effortlessly displaces the darkness. In the same way, the only true cure for disease is to displace it with health and vitality.

How you do that is a much larger topic. Obviously, the best starting point is to prevent illness by following healthful practices but that is easier said than done. Everybody is unique and what is good for one person may not work so well for another. It may even be detrimental. We all have to find our own plan, which typically has a steep learning curve.

The purpose of this forum is to share your thoughts and experience about developing a strong body that is resistant to atrophy and deterioration and can effectively fight off the assault of viruses, bacteria, poisons, etc, before they take hold and do their damage.
